Empowerment
On our retreats, together we dive deep into the concept of body image, what it really means to be a confident, empowered woman, and how we can bring that energy out of our time together and into our day-to-day lives. Myself (Brina) and other incredible coaches will impart all of our wisdom, teaching you practices and exercises for finding a place of body neutrality or positivity. Our goal is to help you love, embrace, and celebrate all of the beauty your body holds!
Connection
On our retreats, we step into our divine feminine by opening our hearts to other strong women. Each and every babe that joins our retreat sisterhood is committed to creating a safe and loving space in which to grow and heal. In this way, we are all like-minded - on the path to becoming the best versions of ourselves, together.
Movement & Ceremony
Together, we will move our bodies, set free by a newfound sense of ease. Through time in goddess circles, breathwork sessions and embodied dance, our coaches and reiki practitioners will help guide you back into your body, allowing emotions to easefully pass through.
Photoshoots
Each retreat attendee has the opportunity to be in front of the camera during a one hour photoshoot. Your photoshoot includes professional hair and makeup and 3 outfit changes. We provide a mini “client closet” on retreats that you are welcome to utilize for your session! While the session fee is included in the cost of the retreat, photo collections are not. Each attendee can choose the photo collection that best suits their needs for delivery after the retreat. *Every attendee will receive the full gallery of candid photos from our adventures to download, and the group photos included in the retreat ticket price
Each Bare by Brina retreat is different, including the coaching and activities. If you have attended a retreat before, you will leave any further retreats with different healing & knowledge.
There is no age limit - all ages are welcome to attend our retreats.

Before I became a photographer, travel was my greatest passion. I wasn’t ready to travel on my own at first, so I’d randomly collect people to be my travel companions. Eventually, I got more comfortable and began traveling alone. Inspired by my boldness, I started getting messages from internet friends or friends of friends, asking when my next trip was and if they could come along. They, too, were new to travel and didn’t want to go it alone, but were thirsty for the adventure - so I collected more beautiful souls into my travel tribe. I have now travelled 44 countries and I am so excited to bring you along for the adventure!
When I found my second greatest passion, boudoir photography, I began to see the world differently. I wanted to break free from the experience of hating my body. That’s when I began my journey back to myself. took courses from incredible mentors, and learned to cope with the trauma that lived in my body in a healthy way. I wanted to share what I learned, and naturally began offering empowerment strategies to other women - which only made me fall more in love with my vessel. I became proof that the body is not a “problem” to be solved, and that life doesn’t have to be lived in a state of hating the skin you’re in.
You don’t need to change and you don’t need to lose weight to make the shift into self-love. There was a time when I existed in a much smaller body, and I hated that body. Now, I love every part of my body and live a life in celebration of it.
When you learn the right techniques and put in the work to change the way you exist within your vessel, and when you surround yourself with a supportive community, magic begins to shimmer all around you. It’s a journey with no end, and it’s not linear, but it starts when we make the decision to come together. Together, we are powerful. Together, we heal.
When you mix in a beautiful, luxurious location, connecting over adventure and incredible experiences and being totally pampered, that magic gets even sparklier! This is the place where Bare by Brina empowerment retreats were born. A need for connection, healing, adventuring and deep belly laughs among sisterhood.

Morocco Adventure Retreat- April 24- May 1st 2027
This one is for my adventure babes! This retreat is a little different as a whole, we will be BUSY sight seeing! I am so excited to take you back to one of my fav places ever! First off, yes it is safe and we will be doing everything in a group and with amazing local guides! SO right there we are taking all the stress off you!
We will be travelling queens! 4 nights in Marrakech staying at a quintessential Marrakech Riad, boasting 7 double rooms, is a harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Its heart is a serene patio courtyard adorned with a refreshing swimming pool, providing a tranquil oasis. Ascend to the rooftop terrace for panoramic views of the city and the Atlas Mountains. The Riad's aesthetic, with intricate tiles, ornate arches, and lush greenery, evokes the rich cultural tapestry of Marrakech, creating an inviting retreat for guests. Then we will be heading to Tangier for 2 nights and doing a day trip to the magical blue city of Chefchouen! Back in Marrakech evening of the 30th for the night back in our gorg Riad!
Retreat ends the 1st, but we have an optional 2 night 3 day add on to glamp in the Sahara desert of Merzouga.
We will still be doing photoshoots and journal prompts, and breathwork! This is a jam packed week! Photoshoots will be in gorg client closet dresses and less risque to respect the culture of Morocco! In our Riads we can do lingerie and nudes.
All activities are optional, and you choose how you want to participate. However, the more you put in, the more you get out - we challenge you to step out of your comfort zone!
Everyone gets their own room!
After booking your retreat, you will be added to a group chat, so you can get to know and align your travel plans with your new sisters! Flights from Edmonton average 1100-1500!
Food allergies and preferences will be accommodated.
Alcohol will not be provided. We have found that for many, alcohol hinders the ability to fully process the healing that can take place on our retreats. For that reason, we will be exploring more embodied ways of moving emotions such as dance, reiki, journaling, and breathwork. If you would like to leave the Riad in the evenings to explore, we ask that all retreat attendees return to the villa for a 11pm curfew and always respect the buddy system!

The cost of this retreat is $4999CAD EARLY BIRD PRICING
Option to add on 2 night 3 day desert tour to camp over night in the desert for $1699! May 1-3 two nights glamping under the stars, and one in a hotel half way back to Marrakech and then back in Marrakech late the 3rd. We will do more photos in the Desert! (option to add hair and makeup again for your desert photos for $250)
This cost goes towards your experience, and does not include travel expenses or your photo collection. When it comes to collections, you get to decide how you want to remember your empowerment experience - with an album and wall art, or just digitals!
If you are unable to commit today, but you KNOW in your heart that you belong in our Bare By Brina Retreat Sisterhood, you have the option to fill out the application form and tick the “wait list” box. We will inform you first if any spots open up closer to the retreat date. Manifest, baby!!
We are doing full solo sessions at the Riad with two outfits, plus minis all over Chefchaoen, plus a photo challenge in Tangier, PLUS minis in the Sahara if you add this on!

Retreat starts at 12:00! We recommend you arrive the 23rd or earlier, you can stay with us the evening of the 23rd before the retreat starts, for an additional charge! We will arrange airport transfers these are included!

2:00 City walking tour of Marrekech with a local guide
We will be walking inside and through Medina and landmarks such as Koutoubia Mosque, Medina, Jamaa Elfna Square, etc.
Go on this cultural journey exploring the streets of Marrakech to the 12th-century Koutoubia Mosque. It makes the Mosque’s minaret a landmark for navigating the city. The mosque’s interior is not open to tourists, but you can still take a walk in its garden. As you walk around it, you will learn much about its history and the 5 pillars of Islam, along with other religious matters. From here, we head and continue our exploring adventure by getting deep into the maze and labyrinths of Marrakech Medina. We will touch together with the beauty and the colors of the horseshoe arches, Riads doors, fountains, and much more!
During the tour, we will get close as well to Morocco in terms of many issues such as the variety of cultures, people, languages, traditions, economy, political system, and other topics. Such topics would enrich our walking and make it more enjoyable!

Day trip to Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen, or Chaouen, is a city in the Rif Mountains of northwest Morocco. It’s known for the striking, blue-washed buildings of its old town. Leather and weaving workshops line its steep cobbled lanes. In the shady main square of Place Outa el Hammam is the red-walled Kasbah, a 15th-century fortress and dungeon, and Chefchouen Ethnographic Museum.
